I am renting a house in Paralia Kariani, Kavala, Greece. 🏡 The house is located 150 meters from the sea. 🌊 Consists of 3 double bedrooms, 2 living rooms (with sofa beds), one with kitchenette and 2 bathrooms. Fully furnished, with Wi-Fi internet, Bulsatcom, beautiful sea views and at only 15-20 minutes drive from the beach bars of Nea Peramos (Ammolofi). Moreover, the house is located only at a 15 minutes drive from Almyra beach and at a 10 minute drive from Paralia Ofrinio. 🏝 The house is wonderful for a holiday with friends, as well as for families with small children. 👌 Located in a gated complex with limited access. There are free beaches, as well as beach bars, restaurants and various places to walk. 🤩 300 meters from the house is the nearest beach bar which has its own tavern with wonderful seafood cuisine. 🦑
